mission and vision

Guided by purpose,
driven by connection

At Travel Connect, our culture is guided by collaboration, innovation, and a shared passion for travel and hospitality. Our strategy is built on empowering people and creating positive impact for our team, our partners, and the communities we serve. In a world where travel is too often reduced to anonymous transactions, we stand for a more human approach. Because travel isn't just about moving from one place to another; it's about making connections that last.

about us

Who we are and what we do

We are the platform behind our brands, setting operational standards for our customer-facing brands, providing shared expertise and infrastructure, and caring for our people and technology. We drive improvement and efficiency across the organization, helping our people and business shine as we execute our mission together.

Our brands

Seven brands, one vision

Seven brands, one vision. Within Travel Connect, each brand has carved out its own specialty, whether that's luxury travel, group incentives, or tailored touring experiences. They operate independently, bringing distinct expertise to different segments of Iceland's travel market. But they're all built on the same foundation of quality, responsibility, and genuine care for the travel experience. Travel Connect provides the platform that allows each brand to shine, offering shared resources, technology, and operational support while preserving what makes each one unique.

Our heritage

Travel Connect builds on a solid foundation and long history. We trace our roots to 1936 in Iceland, and in the last decade, we have expanded our services and destination portfolio.

We are proud to have a growing number of talented employees across our nine brands. Together we serve our wonderful customers with a shared passion for travel and specialist knowledge of our destinations
